My name is Jennifer (she/her/hers) and I’m a librarian.
I hadn’t the slightest notion that I would become a cataloger, not when I was little girl and certainly not when I entered a library and information science program. I now work in middle management, where I will not shut up about the powerful and enduring contributions that catalogers make in documenting the record of human scholarship, creativity, and culture to inspire learning, discovery, innovation, and entrepreneurship.
Service & research interests: (id)entity management, core competencies, change management, implicit bias and the intersection of all of the above with cataloging work.
